Ich habe mir gestern Modern Warfare über Blizzard gekauft (nicht über Gamesplanet) leider..
replyJetzt wenn ich das Spiel starten möchte, kommt direkt eine Fehlermeldung "Dieses Konto besitzt Call of Duty Modern Warfare nicht"
Auch in den Transaktionen wird mir nichts angezeigt, aber bei dem Accountstatus steht aus welchen Gründen auch immer aktiv.
Ich hoffe Sie können mir helfen, auch wenn nicht direkt über Ihre Plattform gekauft habe.
Hey – Das solltest du schnell beheben können.
Die Syncronisation bei Blizzard ist teilweise sehr langsam (aufgrund der Auslastung). Entsprechend siehtst du im Account auf der Website andere Daten als in der Desktop App.
Logge dich aus der Desktop App aus, schließe diese komplett (oder vielleicht gleich reboot), starte die App neu und logge dich wieder ein. Damit wird der Sync erzwungen und auch schon alles gut sein.

Mir wird nicht mal angezeigt, dass ich das Spiel gekauft habe.
Ich bin echt verzweifelt und weiß nicht was ich machen soll.
Der Blizzard Support antwortet mir auch nicht und ich möchte das Spiel eigentlich nicht nochmal kaufen. Habe ja bereits schon 60 Euro bezahlt..

From your questions, I understand you usually purchase from marketplaces with a doubtful reputation. So let me reply in more detail here.
1 – language ingame
You will get the full game, with all languages it features. Italian included and everything else that Activision provides for it. No matter you purchase from Gamesplanet Germany, it's the same version that is sold world wide
2 – IVA (Italien VAT for all non italian people)
These are included already. That is for the simple reason that all consumer prices in Europe need to be tax included. At all times, no exception. Unlike many of the doubtful marketplaces out there, we are a european company and respect the law. We also have no shield or anything stupid like this. We are a partner store of Activision (and many many other publishers). Thus: The price you pay is final. Nothing added, no fees, nothing.

replySure, you can go ahead. If your country would be blocked you would get a region lock warning based on your IP, but only China, Iran, North Korea and Myanmar are blocked. :)
