It Takes Two von Entwickler Hazelight Studios und Publisher EA ist der Gewinner der diesjährigen Game Awards. Aber es gab noch mehr Gewinner in anderen Kategorien. Hier ist eine Übersicht.

In der Nacht vom 9. auf den 10. Dezember 2021 sind die Gewinner der Game Awards bekanntgegeben worden. Besonders gut lief es für EA, Bethesda, Bandai Namco und Square Enix. Das hübsche Koop-Spiel It Takes Two zieht mit den Auszeichnungen "Spiel des Jahres", "Bestes Mehrspieler-Game" und "bestes Familienspiel" vom Feld. Bethesda konnte mit Deathloop Auszeichnungen abräumen. Square Enix punktete unter anderem wenig überraschend mit Life is Strange: True Colors. Tales of Arise von Bandai Namco schnappte sich die Auszeichnung für das beste Rollenspiel. Bestes Strategiespiel ist Age of Empires 4.
