Can't redeem the game

hi guys,
I bought the game and I had it already downloaded. After I followed the steps and activated the game in to my EA account, it won't show me that I bought the game. Now I should be able to play early access since it's gold edition, but when I open the game it says that I need to have early access. It seems like the game wasn't activated in my account...
Can you guys help me?
