Oder…

Diesen Trick probieren: Erstmal DirectX 9.0c installieren, hier steht wie:
https://de.gamesplanet.com/support/2-game-support/205-directx-9-unter-windows-8-10

Und dann:

regedit.exe ausführen
HKEY_CURRENT_USER auswählen
Wähle: Software> City Interactive> Sniper Ghost Warrior 2
Klicke doppelt auf r-Treiber
Stellen den "Wert" auf DX9
